I think the only reason people dont like KONA is marketing from the other companies? Could be wrong but why do so many people HATE KONAS???!? Look at what Aggy and Dylan do on them! The abuse they get is nuts and these guys love their bikes... Either way awsome shot! Dylan is an awesome talent.

dont know about the new knoas...but the past generations had a bad reputation and apparently snapped much more than other bikes...i dont know rather they have fixed it or not and i have never ridden a kona myself, just stating a fact, konas used to snap.
but whatever lets not start this debate here again, ride the bikes you want guys, as long as you enjoy riding them.

Well, the dope couldn't solve it either. I have had 6 konas, loved them all, but the jack was there. in all of them (stinky 2004, stinky 2005, stinky dee 2005, stinky supreme 2005, stab 2005, stab dee 2006). but after all, they took the beating, were riding smooth, had no real need for maintainance, looked not overstyled, had good colours, and were functioning honestly. So: good bike thy were.

@yeahbro They took all the beating, but i built one, sold it, and bought an other one sold it. I used to buy bikes, tear them down, build another one, saving some parts for me, and the story went on and on. ATM I have a Demo 2008, which is a "leftover" from all the bikes i bought and sold. It IS better, then the konas were, but they all were good bikes. :-)

What are you talking about? There have been a ton of DJ shots lately, a pretty even mix if you ask me. Not really any Urban though, I will give you that. But after a bit the DJ shots get old too unless the cameraman starts to get creative or have really good settings/light. The DH photographers seem to mix it up a bit more so its not always the same old same old.
