Yep, really steep hills in every entrance to the town, bloody gives your legs a work out. I can only get half way up at the moment and have to push the bike and am still trying to gain my stamina.
Very true. I ate like a pig in a pig swill the last nine months though Kebabs, takeaway pizza etc. never rode at all, so my leg muscles just turned to fat. I'm gonna try challenge myself tomorrow and feel the burn I need to man up really as it's not that bad after you get back onto the flat.
