just to clear this up...

rock solid is where you go into a superman double seat grab, throw your hands out then grab the seat and pull your self back on

a holy man is a normal superman but with an extended no hander thrown in, then grabbing your bars and finishing the trick

and a holy grab is when you go from superman, throw in a no hander, then grab back onto the seat (here a lot of the riders add in a switchblade but its not necessary) and then pull yourself back on

every video game ive ever had with bmx or dirtbikes this trick is either called a "rock solid" or a "nothing", so i used rock solid because "high flyin rock solid" sounds alot better then "high flyin nothing"
apparently i dont know my tricks as much as i thought i did
