 could you run a 20mm hub with just rmoving the cones or do you have to chop'em?

 If its a 110mm hub (I think all 20mm are) then ya you gotta chop 5mm off each cone making it 100mm spacing.

 Yes sir, and ya when I went to get new cones for my brand new hub I chopped for this my bike shop got me them on warranty some how lmfao so free, free is good.

 you should mention in the description that you would have to have a fork with 110mm spacing.

 Yes and this is made for 100mm spacing it's meant so you can use a 20mm hub on a 9mm fork you just need to cut the cones.
