Want your bike to ride tight lippy dj's just as capably as it can shred fast technical DH trails and send big mountain lines? But you don't want to hassle with swapping from one shock and fork to another? Here's what I did...

Luckly the Scott Voltage exists. This bike has a short travel setting that gives the sus. a crisper more progressive feel and a long travel setting that offers a more bottemless plush feeling. If you pair that up with a travel adjustable fork than you can alter the head angle and balance out the suspension for an appropriate ride on DJ's or DH trails, and everything inbetween. This is most effective when using air-sprung forks and shocks, so you can get the sus. nice and stiff for the dj's but then easily & quickly alter it to be more effective for DH.

My set up goes from 150-170mm of rear travel and 140-180mm of front travel. Using different shocks the bike can be set up for as little as 140mm and as much as 180mm of travel. With a 180mm fork the head angle is 65degrees, with a 130mm fork the head angle is 67.5 degrees.
