Photo of the Day on Sep 13, 2011 - more PODs

Selected by Sterling Lorence - Perfect example of not shooting the obvious when out searching for nugs. Epic colours and lines working in this image and i really like the composition. Lots of texture and shape help build the feel of being at this park and a nice window of blue to place the rider. I wish more parks had nice graffiti like this. Sick table that is buzzin the shoulder is the cherry on top! Nice POD!!

don't hate on jeffbentum (or me for saying this) although it's not a turndown, it seems like an UNturndown, and from what i've heard (again not 100%sure) and inverted table seems quite the same as an UNturndown Wink

its and invert, an unturndown he would be parallel to the vert of the quarter, and a table would be a flattened bike as opposed to an inverted one.

the dark green arc in the lime green foreground portion of the image is a great lead line. subtle and directorial, without smashing our faces into it, it pushes our vision through the photo, to the rider.
