 what do you wear a 661 med in? the skate lid/trail lid/other FF?

I'll say that I fit a L in the EVO carbon ff helmet, and this XL is too tight for me. This is a DOT approved and fits smaller than it is rated by at least a size.

 so I wear a 661 med. do you think I would fit in this one? I wear a 7.25 hat my helmets in my truck and im lazy as Hell hahaha
