Professional thieves abound in a place like Whistler! They are prepared, and locks are NO deterrent. Sorry that you had yet another bike stolen. Just a thought.......if and when you get another. quit displaying it outside on your porch. If I owned that ride, it would be locked with multiple locks inside my residence. I would not leave it outside, unattended, unless it was wired to 220V.......fracking thieives. Hope you get it back.

sorry - but i have to agree. got two bikes stolen over the years too. one out of a car. the other out of the house. i hope you learned something finally - even it you took the hard way. leaving the bike outside is like saying "here look what i have. if you want you can have it for free."

Sorry to hear of your loss dude.
I'd be gutted too.
Like what spokerider said, you should lock the bike IN the house.
If they can't see it, then there's nothing to steal.
I live in a private apartment with security guards; my neighbor's bikes which were parked outside his home were stolen even then.
Hope you find your ride back.
Take care.

i feel terrible reading yet another story about a bike(s) being stolen. But why didn't you stop leaving bikes on the deck after the first time?

Sorry to hear about the stolen bikes, however if you leave them on a porch regardless of them being locked up, you're asking for them to be stolen.
