Selected by Ian Hylands - Ian Morrison probably does the sickest bicycle scrubs in the world. And the angle of this shot really shows that in a different light. The dirt flying into the camera lens while Ian scrubs away from the camera really enhances the braaap in this shot. Creative camera angles are awesome, and this one rules!

Second round for POY! I checked out all the photos in the final round of 16 and I think this is the strongest photograph. Its great that its Whistler, and that its A-line and Canadian! But most of all, this is the most original photograph, the most unique, the fastest, and makes you say WOW the most.

I think what Pruss1 (kinda an awkward name..) meant to say is it may be a little unfair to have a POY nominated photo be POD after it has already been nominated to be POY. POD, to me, is all about bringing great photos to my attention that I normally wouldn't have seen otherwise. There's my two cents.
