Personally i would have shot f4 exposed it propperly, Raised the flash up off the ground ( so it is lighting less of the floor and more of the rider) over exposed the rider by 1/3rd then in post i'd have made it black and white and lowered the exposure by 1/3rd so the rider was perfectly exposed and the mist and trees where under by 1/3rd
ye the flash would have been much better but my tripod is broken so couldnt use it :/ Also I would have tweeked it in lightroom but my computer broke so have no editing software for the time being
A bit of advice. All the software you need (LR3.5, PS5.5, Email Clients, Invoicing software etc) Keep it all on a portable hard drive so you can edit your photos on any computer
Allways got to be prepared, Technology fails all the time hence why you back everything up at least twice. The only thing you can rely on is yourself, so you should be prepared for everything else failing
We have his harddisk with all his programs still on it, just no computer able to run them atm. Until a new computer arrives he cant use them. So dont get all high and mighty when you dont know shit.
