I'm really disappointed not to see this shot make it farther in photo of the year. I mean, this being PinkBike and the community being 13 year old it makes sense... but I think based of artistic merit and quality this shot is waaay up there and i consider to be a gem I only discovered through the contest. pink bike needs to have two PODs.

1: Photography of the day so f*ggy artists can go ohhh ahhh look at that angle (not directly directed at you ian, but slightly)

2: Photo of the day, where photos are chosen (regardless of photography skill) that involve decent riding ability.

this photo is "cool" but it is a) boring after 5 seconds and b) gives me no motivation to do more, unlike the PODs previous to ians reign.

@Andrewgr You can also just leave pinkbike if it's bothering you badly enough to comment publicly about it, it's great you have an opinion but to say artists are homosexuals because they are commenting intellectually on a photo is really just being a scared of changes and of new paths in the mountain biking world.
