 GREAT Photo! Snow adds something !
Here we have 11 shots taken over probably 1-2 seconds.
Which is roughly 5 frames per second. Basically the two camera companies offering really good entry level DSLR have a burst mode which should be able to do this.

 the pic looks good quality which suggests its probably done on a still cam with multi shot and not a video camera. not sure on software. cud be macromedia fireworks, adobe photoshop etc...

 That's one fine Suicide! Nice color in the pic, nice and clear also. It's one of the best pics in the last few weeks. They should allow us to vote on pic of the "week" or do it based on the amount of views a pic gets.

 It must have been a pretty new digital camera or film, due to the fast as hell frame rate. I can only think of one digital that'll shoot that fast, and it costs $8000USD for the body...
