ahhh right, well thats alright then what did you do just contact them? might buy one now, the neon yellow one on here doesnt come with a shock though aswell but i want that one

I just sent them an email saying that I had cracked it. They didn't ask for pictures or serial numbers or anything.

Turner will warranty any frame. Second hand or not, it don't mean shit. How do you think I got this one? It was warranty on a cracked second hand 09 frame Wink
