I really like this frame, but how is the geometry? i havent heard much about them. Do the chainstays feel too long in any way? thanks for any feedback.
Geo is prime. Some may consider the C/S's long, but at 385 they are only 10mm longer than a Maj park, so they are a good length. Nothing that will stop you manualling or spinning. Nice steep HA, its like 71.5, and about a +12bb with a 80mm argyle. 22" TT. Honestly, it rides incredibly nice. 5.9lbs with the seatpost that they provide.
Oh, thats sweet. A bit heavy. but looks good. Im thinking this, a streetsweeper (current most partial towards) and a peanut 26 if they are ever for sale again. Sweet ride. If i get one, i will deff get that color. Its too cool.
Can't find this colour anywhere except the shop i got it from, its not even on mutants website, so i'm not sure what the deal with it is. And sorry, its 5.49lbs.
Meh. Seriously, 10mm of stays makes no difference to me. If you cant hold a manual or spin on a bike with stays this short you shouldn't be allowed near a bike to begin with.
eh i cant manny to save my life, but i could tell the difference when spinning when i had to add a link to my chain so i could run my sb0, going from 368(14.5) to 14.75(374) .
ah well the bike looks lush tho flat trans purple and aint got sheet on copper
10mm longer than a maj park, nothing major. Not gonna make it any harder to manual/spin. And you COULD file the drops maybe 5mm, not much point though.
