its a short, i had a long it is different in the front. it has a gusset to connect to two rails going up to the headtube.

Thanks for the info, I really don't have any info on this since I am selling it for a friend. I just measured the top tube and it is a 22" tt. He will take the best offer on it as well

As far as I know, those have only been made in two sizes, either short and long.
