 i know Wink jeah i created it Wink i think it s the old picture effect Wink oh yes i love it ! in most cases i take ISO 100 Wink -> never high iso Wink highest ISO i use is 800 Wink

 but in this case i used 1600 cauz it was a cloudy and bad weather day ! and it was 5 o clock ! in winter Wink

 ...so you created this effect?..i see " Aperture: f/2.8 " at various lengths ....mmmm 70-200 withe? Big Grin ^_^ nice lens!
with a lens of this type you can shoot at a slower rate and consequently also lower the ISO
