How it works? Can you compare it with other rotors? I want to change my rotors (avid g2) and I want to buy those new xt with ice tech, but I don't know is that worth to pay little more for new xt or buy cheaper old xt.

Totally worthy!! they have incredible power and combined 203F and 180R works perfect for me!
