Just wear multi-layer clothing and you're fine. But still I would prefer to wear flip flops and shorts instead, damn it !

How long of a setup time will you take to check exposures and flashesand angles for a middle of the day shoot? Include setup and breakdown time please.

It depends on a few things. If everything goes smoothly about 5 min I guess. Sometimes there is a lot of fiddling & can take a bit longer.
