but if i buy a 80mm, is it able to then put it to 100m? And how do you put the spacer in/out in the fork ? :o

For lowering and hightening them you just swap a spacer from each side of the rod inside the spring side lowers... Honestly easy as f*ck.... So yes you can swap a 80mm to 100mm and 100mm to 80mm Smile

I would recommend 80mm for a cap but it doesn't matter if you've already went for 100mm... no problem dude Smile
