 not so big on mix matching wheels :/ still sticking with white hubs/rims, black spokes, silver nips and then getting blue nipps eventually.

 Been meaning to ask you that, could I replace one nipple at a time and it won't dish/un-true my wheel?

 If your very clever with it, id say it would probably un true your wheel slightly though unless you have a tension meter. If you measure each spoke first and then tighten it back to the same tension. Your probably better off loosening them all and replacng one by one then trueing it back up.
