Actually I wrote down and sent these photos to TWENTY6 to get their inputs. Their levers are design to bind with the intent to manage the whole upper brake system in case of crash. As an Engineer, It's a proper answer for me. As a rider, I would count on a stiffer component. But at least, my brake is ok.......few...!

 Don't ask............my eyes was closed for a second during the tragedy.......lol !
