Yes they are...In my opinion, they have the best hardtail for dj and 4x out there but they stopped production despite they been sold out pretty quick the 2 years they were selling it. This slope bike might be one of the best looking bike out there and one of the most versatile but idk why they just don't want to produce it. I will probably buy a p.slope frameset or a slayer ss next season even if I work in a shop where we sell Trek.
We currently have at least 40 peps right here who want this bike to go through production right? So how much in total? Seriously Trek is doing a lot of stuff to promote their c3 team and bikes but the funny thing about that is that you actually can't buy any of the bikes :s Rocky mountain and Specialized understood it and they offer a complete range of dj , fr, dh and slope bikes. As the current #2 bike brand on the market Trek should really do the move and bring back the Ticket as well as the Scratch and introduce this beauty. You wanna be the leader or be lead by others is the question they should think about.
Dude you can't expect any wheel to hold up during a bad landing. It's not like he landed the jump perfectly smooth and then his wheel just tacoed for no reason. Bontrager wheels are plenty strong.
Ik, im not serious dude. I ride bontrager wheels an theyve been through hell and they are still true. Havent ever put them on a truing stand and have had some harsh landings on them. They spin fine and dont wobble too much. Im not a great fan, but as long as they hold up, im happy
