Any HSCV damped 888 has compression adjustment. The 2004-5 RC's had High Speed compression adjustment and the 2006 Rc2x's had High and Low speed.

Hole crap, dude! Sorry for U! However, for the future you should keep UR elbows high so all your upper arm, shoulder and chest muscles take the hits, whatever U do. If u keep'em low, only the upper arm takes most of the job. Just try doing push ups with UR elbows close to the chest - harder than with wide support isn't it? I guess all MXriders would tell u the same thing... cheers!
