How many cameras have you got Ian ? If it was down to one camera, and one lens....what would you use for overall pic quality, efficiency, and sharp results? I guess you will say you can't answer that based on the photoshoot/location/scenario etc...

But if you was told to go out on a one week shoot using one camera and one lens only, what would be your ideal choice? I got my D7000 and really happy with that fixed 50mm f2.8.

If I had to run just one camera and lens it would be a bit of a hard decision. Actually camera would be easy, I'd choose my D4, but for a lens I'd have to put some serious though into it. My first thought would be my 70-200, that's probably the lens that I use more than any other, and it was used to take this shot. But sometimes I like to shoot wide... Which leads to my second most popular lens, the 24-70. Otherwise if I had to use a single fixed lens it would be a hard choice between something like a 50 f/1.4 or a 85 f/1.4
