The paint would actaully be cheap on this ride, on the f40s the ran the paint so thin to save weight that you could see carbon through it.

There's nothing wrong with road bikes, but to me, they are just a form of transportation. If you have a Ferrari F40, you don't need a bike for transportation.

Ok guys...Just to set things straight, it's not all about mtb, believe it or not, but road bikers created mtb, it's called cyclocross, after that mtb in the sport itself was made. The pioneers were road bikers. I really like that F40 with the rack. It looks sick and unique...it would look better with a better road bike like a Orbea Orca or Orbea TT but thats fine. There are more types of cycling out there. Pro track racers in specific can totaly out run any of us on any bike. Give them respect guys.

I agree, but I would add that 99% of PBikers posting here (especially those who wouldlove to be Josh Bender's or Steve Romaniuk's fluffers)would come outrun by an average road biker on a pedal-able" bike, who races just a bit...
