Wez podokrecaj sruby .
  • 1 0
A jakie śruby mam dokręcić?

OH Man! Oil leak! Thats a sad day in the neighborhood! However it is an easy super easy fix! If you are interested!
  • 1 0
I know I just need to change some O-ring but it is brand new curves fork and I will send it back to the marzocchi because for sure I will not spend any money for new O-ring and Oil Madder
  • 1 0
so you're spending it on postage instead?
  • 1 0
 No.
According to the law they will give my money back for the sending.
Marzocchi said that all these new 888 are a bit curves and it is normal.
It isn’t fair and they should write it in information about the fork but I haven’t time for lawsuit so I decided to ride on it.
If it will breaks down third time I can send this shit back and take my money back.
For now it is second breakdown and it was only first ride and it looks like this Taiwan Marzocchi isn’t able survive too long without service.
It is new not cheap fork so it should work properly without any problems but as you can se it doesn’t.
That’s why I didn't sale my old fork.

i guess, though warranty shit tends to take forever, if it's a simple fix then i'd rather do it myself just to save time.
  • 1 0
I will save more time if I will put second fork and just go ride.
I haven't time for searching o-rings in shops and at the weekend I prefer just go ride not play with fixing. Smile

If you add some teflon tape around the threads and tighten it up the current o-ring should be sufficient enough. I dont know why its leaking but its not a big deal as the o ring on there now is not broken. But I understand your frustration! However not everything is perfect, and life tends to challenge you making you a better person. RideOn!

ahhh haha, i get you, we can't all afford two pairs of forks Wink

I have my old and super simple and unbreakable 888 RC and I think that I will never sale them.
Some one will bury me with them.

But I must say that new 888 works very good and I can be a bit faster on them because I have less pain in hands.
Unfortunately they got lake after on jump from there:
www.pinkbike.com/photo/8892866
I hope that they don’t will be getting oil lake after each drop?

How about fixing, you must realize that it is Poland and polish marzocchi service isn't normal and if later something else would get breakdown and I would send them fork and they would discover that there is tape or something, then they would say that I loosing warranty and they don’t care about other breakdowns.

They aren’t normal, just imagine who they are if first time they were talk tat fork is straight and they check it and they don’t understand my problems.
When I give them not cheap expert opinion they said that fork is straight and that expert know shit about forks and they don’t care about it.
When I used math to proved them why they are warped and translate how professional measurements tool works they said that all new 888 are a bit warped and it is normal.
And that they made few measurements and all 888 has similar defects.
So I wanted go to court but last time I went on engineering studies and I really haven’t time for it courts.

Ostatnio to strasznie w chu*a leca co do wytrzymałosci produktów... Te ktore trzymaja dolne lagi
  • 1 0

I teraz cieknie tam Really Mad

Generalnie amortyzatory słabo znoszą opieranie na regulacjach…
  • 1 0
Ale raczej On go na regulacjach nie opierałWink
  • 1 0
Spojz jakie rysy na pokretle saWink
Znajomy mial to samo ale bez gadania mu naprawili.
  • 1 0
