It came with it man, the bike feels/looks sick although I think low bars and low forks isn't the best so I might end up with higher bars!

The low fork is on there because it was stock, and Specialized Designed the frame for this travel fork. Anything higher than 100mm and your geo is screwed. Don't get NS Proofs. There was a time where NS had to stop warrantying their bars because people were snapping and bending them so often. I recommend Chromag FUbars OSX or Renthal Fatbar 38mm. Both have good rise to keep the front wheel is the air but aren't so high that you lose your maneuverability.

NS proofs and districts will most likely not bend and I'm pretty sure ns still offer 1 years warrenty on all products
