Or a Cydia tweak for iPhone/iPad that automatically changes the background/lockscreen to the actual pod

Someone said this on another POD, so I spent an afternoon writing a program for my PC that will check PB daily, get the POD and then set it as your background. It pretty much works but needs some refinement e.g. what to do with portrait vs landscape pics etc.
Of course to provide a proper solution it would be best to get PB involved as if they change the POD list page template it will probably stop working. Maybe they would rather you just came here to check the POD & then click on the ads though..?
So is there much interest for releasing something like that? Or do you all just want an app for your phones instead?

maybe some caring soul could write a few lines of code for a free pinkbike android app, or some kind of contest can be done

Thought I'd give it a shot, Android only for now. This should update your phones wallpaper to the latest POD at 8am GMT everyday.

Installed the app, it works, which is awesome, however I cant find anyway to set the wallpaper size in JellyBean, so i only see the very centre of the photo, any help would be great!

Hi melonhead, you should be able to find it if you follow the list I gave up there, in the settings, click Launcher, click HomeScreen, and then the Wallpaper size option should be in there. I also suggest using 3+ Homescreen pages so you can see the whole picture.
