pros:great dh bike real work horse may not have the most advanced suspension but it works great. highly recommend it for any one in the market of a high end DH race frame.
cons: suspension comes loose quickly, no more option on roco on back but dhx is still great (im a marzocchi guy) stock nuts and bolts strip easy switched them out for titanium bolts work much better.

best allround DH Frame ever. you can light Freeride and smoke down all Trails!!

220mm travel single pivot with leverage manipulating linkage. Looks awesome and has a great finish. Very plush and can handle the nastiest tracks. Front end is super stiff and linkage helps stiffen back end. More of a wheels on the ground bike but still jumps well. I've had this frame since 06 and it has never let me down and is easily the best bike i've ridden. Been to Fort William 5 weeks in a row and the judge excelled in every department. Optional brakelink works well. However if using the brakelink the rear wheel must be 135mm hub spacing and also dished 15mm to the non-drive side. This is to compensate for the thickness of the brake carrier. Swapable brake dropouts enable the use of 150mm hub which does not need to be dished. Great suspension, great look, great bike. Get one.

overall a great downhill rig .the best that cannondale has ever designed.i had an '07 judge built from the frame up with the best of the best components.the bike took everything i could throw at it and more !!! before mine was STOLEN in july i had well over 100 days riding and racing it ..very light and stiff frame, many people complain about them being "twitchy" and calling them "break and fails" but the ONLY issue i EVER had was that the shock linkage bushings wear out WAAAAYY too fast.(but then again i put A LOT of riding&racing time on mine)my previous bikes were a cannondale gemini and an ellsworth dare

Cannondale makes fantastic products that are light, stiff in the right places and last !
I have been riding their bikes since the first year they came out with road bicycles....I think around 1983...... Good customer support and they always seem to do a frame exchange program to keep you up on the new models. I have been to the R&D lab in Bethel, CT and it would make NASA and the CIA green with envy ! Top notch engineers are emplyed by the big C !

The frame is one of my favorites, because it is tough and has a great travel as you see. One person i know has a frame like that, not the same, but similar and it is quite comfortable.
