Great product for a rider who is new to clipless pedals, the platform is only a little smaller than flat pedals so the transition is easier. It takes a few rides before they're worn in but once they are they're easy to get into and out of.
They are really nice clips, I bought them off a friend for only £20, and they had never been used (they came stock on a Mongoose).
They were my first set, and I use them solely for XC, which they are great for.
I can basically forget about them, they need no service whatsoever, only the occasional clean.
The adjustment is good, you can either have a 15 degree release point or a 20 degree release point, I chose 15 early on, but have no changed to 20.
The only bad point is the weight, they weigh an absolute tonne!

Style - Pedal’s are only found in 2 different syles, flat and clip. Flat pedals are most common; consisting of a platform you place your foot on, and usually some pins for traction. Clips are more cross country, or racer orientated, meaning you are strapped into the pedal.
