I like then but I preffer a louder freehub noise and quicker engagment. Maybe mine need servicing but seems like way too much forward rotation before it engages still over all i like it its a light solid rear wheel with the xr4.2d rims i am very very light, also the parts are very avalible so i plan on rebuilding and keep extra parts on hand.

DT Swiss 240s MTB (MSRP $397.2) — The 240s is the signature DT Swiss hub, available in many different versions from bolt on singlespeed to 20 mm thru axle. This line has been and will continue to be the standard in low weight and high quality for years to come.

Specifications Compare to other Hubs

Price $397
Weight 250 g
Color Options Black
Hub Bearings Stainless Cartridge Bearings
Spacing 135
Spacing - most forks use a 20mm thru-axle (QR20), quick release/QR (9mm), or now, a 15mm hub. It is important to know which hub your fork needs as standard quick release hubs cannot be converted to use with a 20mm compatible fork. However, there are reducers for some hubs that can go from 20mm to standard QR. Rear hubs typically come in two sizes. The first is 150x12 and the second is 135x10. However, some bikes do use a 165mm hub and 135x12. It is important to know which rear hub is required on your bike so it will be compatible.
