Run these on my SS bike and as with the Diabolus to Atlas crank shift I was a bit hesitant and skeptical that these would hold up but 2 weeks of Whistler and BC battering and they are still true. Really like the lighter wheels in the air and over fast technical terrain.

They are not without problems though; The rear axle assembly started to come undone resulting in a very unpredictable rear-end before I realized what was going on. You need to carry two 5mm hex keys tighten the assembly (which I did not have at the time) and I haven't found a good way to secure the threads to prevent this from reoccurring. Easton should probably consider an UNF thread and some form of thread lock for the next design iteration.

This is a great wheelset on the heavier side of XC but great for AM/DH. Feels accurate, fast and stiff. The hub bearings aren't sealed from what I can tell so just keep it clean. I did read recent reviews of ppl complaining of warped rims while Trial and Freeriding.

Great wheelset. Plenty durable for all mountain riding and accepts a wide range of tire sizes. Light enough to make any XC trails doable with the right tires. Love the versatility of the 9mm QR and 20mm thru axle option. I've used both and both are easy to convert.

I run this wheelset on my 2010 Specialized Enduro and couldn't be happier. The rims are slightly on the heavy side compared to some of the other "All Mountain" wheel sets available in the market, but they are strong, the rear hub has great positive engagement and can handle any abuse you throw at them.

I was attracted to the fact that they were a "lightened up" DH wheelset as opposed to a "beefed up" XC wheelset. I ride my Enduro on everything from 3 hour XC rides to dropping into serious east coast gnar and dh trails.

Easton makes great products and I would highly recomend these wheels.

Amazing wheels, especially for the $300 you can find them for now (2011)
the front wheel is convertible to any size you might need and the rear can be converted to a 10x135mm bolt on axle with a kit still available online. The kit noticeably stiffened up the rear end, get it.. it's worth it.

These wheels are also bombproof in their own right. I am a heavy rider and I have been beating on these for about a year now on two different bikes. I have never broken a spoke or have even had to true them yet.

The engagement is also pretty good.. granted it's not Chris King good, but I'd still rather have these wheels than anything with Mavic hubs.

Con: don't care much for the graphics, but those easily peel off. Also, these are not tubeless ready.. but that's what Stan's is for.

Very solid, stiff, takes big hits, still perfectly true. Very light for the strength. Perfect all mountain wheel if you ride and climb the shore.

Tough as nails, don't let the fact it only has 24 spokes put you off. I had this wheel set on my DH rig for 2 years, bombproof and light!
