this bike is super simple design that handles really well! it's super playfull and light and its a full on dh bike, i love it!
the only thing I can think of that would make the bike better is stronger rims and different cable routing, but other than that its perfect!

Love this bike it is quick and nimble, I threw an Angleset in the sucker and have not found the limits of what this bike can really do. I am so stoked that I invested in this product. I would like to see a slightly lower bottom bracket and I've heard rumors for 2013, this guy has two thumbs way up for this!

I have a 2012 Glory 0. I will be honest its my second Glory, and i love it. I have ridden just about everything out there and this bike keeps on pushing and doesn't quit. Geometry is very solid, its great for DH riding. Free riding is alright, but much more suited for the decent.

Giant glory.. Where to start, this is an amazing bike. And untill the session 9.9 by trek came along this was top dog. I have had this bike every year since '10 and it only gets better. I now have the 2012 and wow.. Everything on that bike rides like a dream. And the boxxer fork just adds onto that. The trek session 9.9 kicks the glorys butt but the glory is 2nd best and about $4,000 cheaper!

GIANT NAILED THE ENGINEERING AND DESIGN ON THIS ONE...AS A MATTER OF FACT THE ENTRY LEVEL TO TOP SHELF HAVE ALL GOT WHAT IT TAKES. THE HANDLING IS PILOT FRIENDLY AND AGGRESSIVE STYLES ARE WELL CATERED FOR! COMPONENT WISE...FULL OF WISDOM FROM THE GROUND UP! SUSPENSION IS FLOATING WELL AND THE ADJUSTMENTS EASY.MAINTANENCE IS EASY TO HANDLE WITH A NOT TOO COMPLICATED TOOL KIT AND BRAIN TO MATCH! THE POINT IS THIS...DOWNHILLERS ARE BUILT TO HANDLE HELL...AND HELL IS ALL DOWNHILL.! AND THE GLORY....YOU CAN TRUST THE FACT THAT WHEN IT'S WET,DUSTY,SNOWING OR DRY,YOUR GLORY WILL MATCH YOUR FAT EGO! THE PRICING IS SPOT ON AND MOST COMPONENTS ON THE GLORY REALLY DON'T NEED TO MUCH TAMPERING.YOU MAY WANT TO CHANGE TO DOWNHILL SPECIFIC STUFF,IF YOU WANT...BUT IF YOUR PILOT ON DOWNHILL RUNS AND DO YOUR PRE FLIGHT CHECKS CORRECTLY...YOU'LL MAKE IT BACK FROM HELL WITH A SIGNED LETTER FROM THE DEVIL HIMSELF. POWER TO WEIGHT IS ALL BASED ON THE RIDERS KILO WATT OUT-PUT,AND YOUR BODY SHOULD SUSTAIN ONE HORSE POWER THROUGH OUT YOUR ORDEAL.AS FOR COLOURS,DON'T WORRY,ALL THE GIANT'S DOWNHILL ''GLORY'' DUCO'S MATCH THE SPORT AND THE FIRE OF ALL THE EVIL A RIDER CAN THROW AT THE TERRAIN.THE RIMS AND RUBBER ARE FAT ENOUGH FOR A STANDARD TRUCK WITH NO BRAKES AND THE PILOT SHOULD HAVE NO FEAR ON THE FIRST TIME GRIP IN DIRT! JUST KEEP TRYING UNTIL YOU GET THAT GET CORNER OR DROP THAT MAY INTIMIDATE YOU...YOUR BIKE HAS NO FEAR WHEN IT'S GLORY IS WAITING ON THE PILOT. REMEMBER...YOUR RIDING DOWNHILL...NOT TO THE SHOP...BUT THAT THE POINT...IF YOUR GLORY HAS TO GO PICK UP MILK AND BREAD FROM THE CORNER STORE...SHE'LL HANDLE THE SOFTER SIDE TO LIFE AS WELL.ALL UP...A TOP INVESTMENT AND IN NO WAY A WASTE OF MONEY...WHEN THE GLORY LINES UP AGAINST THE OTHER TOP BRANDS,THEY KNOW THEY GOT A HELL OF A TIME ON THEIR HANDS! GLORY...SHE'S A GOOD TO GO AND THAT'S A RODGER!!!

I love it. Wouldn't change a thing! I'm new to DH and this bike has given me the confidence to do more than I ever thought I could do in my first season of riding. This bike can do absolutely anything....except go uphill Smile

 Pros - Huck machine
Cons - There isnt any!
You will love the whole bike!
The bottom bracket height feels slightly high at first but when it sits into the travel it really isnt!

smoothest best feeling dh bike ever. No brake jack because of the one and only maestro suspension which owns any other competition Smile sickest bike, sickest company!

Spot on build. Steeper HT angle for those who come from a BMX background. Maestro linkage keeps the rear wheel planted like it is glued to the trail.

Giant 2011 Glory 0 (MSRP $5700) — The harder the course, the better says two-time U.S. DH Champ Duncan Riffle. Same goes for his bike, the Giant Glory. With 8 inches of fully active Maestro suspension, mated to a lightweight, super strong ALUXX SL via a co-pivot shock mount, it’s everything Duncan-and you-need to boost your confidence in the most extreme DH conditions.
