I found this product worked really well on my Norco Six with a 38t chainring. Easy to fit and maintain and the chain stays on whatever you're doing. One downside is the small screw you can see on the ottom piece of plasic fell out. The plastic was catching on my chain so i hacksawed it off and now it works fine again.

Mounting Standard - Chain guide mounting standards determine its compatibility with your frame. Older frames will use a simpler version known as ISCG. Most new age frames will use ISCG05, however there is adapters made for cross compatibility.
