very strong but bearings aint that good after few months or so, as they begin to seize and grind, which is annoying especially when riding long distances, wd40 or anything like that never seems to help it so better off getting another bb

It rides smooth, just put this in. Cups keeps the dirt out. It feels strong. Easy to put in. With it came in bright colors instead of black.

I've ran this BB on my stinky for two seasons and it still spins like butter. very recomended!
