 Pros:
-Very efficient in the motions of shifting.
-Less clutter on the handlebars.
-very lightweight for what you get.
-great modulation in every condition.
-Low disc noise.
-Very high breaking strength.
-Extremely comfortable
Cons:
-It's a little hard to shift the front derailleur.
-There is a learning curve.
-often gets confusing.
-levers shake a little when going downhill.
Other Thoughts:
I have used these shifter/brakes combo for over a month now and I am very impressed with the feel of the breaks as well as the speed and precision of the shifters. It takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, you can't live without it.

I use mine with 203mm rotor...great stopping power, not much fade, only on longer runs. Changing pads is not "tool-free" but I don't see the need of changing pads on the trail(if so, there's always a rock close enough to open the pin)

Good basic break, easy to set up and fine for any hard tail, once you start using them intensively they do start to fade, Have them on my DH bike and you notice them fading towards the end of a run.
