Well I have just upgrade to this lever and I already see a difference!The shifter is super strong,not expensive at all for what it is,durable,long life and that's fit perfect with the yumeya cable.A nice duo.Alxxx recommend it!

The new 10 speed Shimano is impressive. By going away from 1to1 actuation they have made the shifting free of constant adjustment . The shifts feel positive, crisp, fast and smooth. The XTR of course is built super tight with everything feeling solid and smooth because of its 4 bearing treatment. Still made in Japan.

Light, durable, good looking. XTR baam! Superb precision, u l t r a fast shifting. no shit! 9 gears (without a chain ofc.)up and down in 1,5sec!
Uses so little space on bars that u hardly notice it!

Shimano Xtr Rear (MSRP $140) — A click of the upper lever release cable, same as it always has. Now it releases immediately when the lever is depressed making shifting that much faster.
