Very easy to setup and all you need is a bash guard and you got a complete setup. I've run this on a single and dual ring. When it first came out the only other thing on the market for those with dual rings was the MPR LRP which sold for 2 or 3 times as much - this was a great alternative.
This guide is simple and it works. But do lube the chainwheel once in a while if you want it to last.
