Wife is pregnant so her bikes need new homes. Wifes DH Bike. Ridden primarily at Silverstar Bike Park a hand full of times per year. Tires are the same ones it came with when she bought it and still look new. Has a few scratches and shuttle scars but otherwise looks and rides amazing. Many parts upgraded from stock. Wife is pregnant so her bikes need new homes. Selling her 2009 Stumpy which she has been riding on and off since 2010. She weighs about 110 lbs soaking wet, so needless to say it has not been ridden hard. It actually still has the same tires that were on it when she bought it and they still look new. That being said, it does have some scratches on the frame and bars as well as some polishing on the cranks. The bike has been upgraded to a 10 speed one-by drivetrain with a 42 tooth one-up sprocket, X9 clutch derailleur and a 30 tooth Raceface narrow/wide chain ring. It's also had a KS Lev dropper post added as well as a carbon haven handle bar. Brakes are Avid Elixers, wheels are DT Swiss 420SL rims on a shimano rear hub and a specialized front hub. Brand new warranty replacement 2010 V10 frame (medium) including new bearings and carbon goodies. The warranty is for a manufacturers defect on my old frame, not a crash warranty. Included with the frame are the forks, shock, head set, stem, handlebars and chain guide (everything in the pictures). The forks were completely rebuilt one ride before the frame was warrantied and the shock was just rebuilt with zero rides on it since. There are a couple cosmetic scratches in the paint on the forks and a small scratch on the stanchion between the crowns, which obviously doesn't affect anything. There is also typical wear on the handlebars under the brakes and grips but those will be covered up when you put your own brakes and grips on. This bike rides amazing. Super plush through the rough stuff but jumpable as well. It kills me to sell this bike but I've decided it's time to get something with a bit less travel.
