***OPEN TO OFFERS*** Propain Ekano 2020 Large For sale is my custom build Ekano. Frame is a large, 29er, rear travel 165mm, front 170mm. I have upgraded everything from the original build. Literally the only original part left is the X2 shock as it is brilliant. There is a flip chip, meaning it can be converted to Mullet with ease. Forks and Shock both serviced in July 2023 by Fox. The frame was replaced under warranty in December 2022 and has done around 750 miles. This is also the only year this colour was offered, so very rare. The motor was replaced under warranty and has done around 1100 miles. I have a new bike now, so this isn't being used. I have kept track of the batteries and they have completed around 120 cycles each. They are rated for 1000 cycles. So plenty of life in them. This is great fun bike to ride and can tackle the hardest of tracks and jumps. I have been to Dyfi multiple times and it handles those tracks with ease. It also pedals well that a decent XC ride is no hassle and I have done plenty of as well. It really is a do anything bike. The shock is very active. Makes my mates Commencal eMeta feel like a hard tail. The shock is also a custom tune for the bike. I have had the shock serviced by FOX every year. 500wh isn't much these days but 2 batteries cures that easily. On long rides, I just put the spare in a bag and carry it, no problems. Change over is an easy 2 min job on the trail side. Pedal up bike parks are no problem with my fitness giving out before the batteries. This is a used bike with all the associated chip and marks you would expect. I have taped it up as best I could but it is to be used. This is not in mint condition bike but good condition one. The controller is missing the outer buttons. Think I am on my 3rd controller as the switch is silly fragile. Controller still works perfectly. Pedals have faded a bit. I have just put a new rear SLX mech on. I will include the old XT one as a spare but without jockey wheels as they were knackered. It still works just long in the tooth. I also use a velcro strap around the frame and battery cover. I have broken a couple of the latches on the covers. It really is not a great design but Propain will not sell you just a latch, only the full cover at around £50. Not ideal, hence the strap. *** Extras 2 x Mech hangers Old XT Mech Spare charging plug socket. When I first got the bike 3 years ago, it stopped charging on the port in the frame. Propain sent me a new plug no questions asked but I never put it on as I just started charging and storing the batties inside the house. Warmer temps much better for them as well. Honestly no idea if the port of the frame works or not but there is a brand new spare.
