Opinion - Thinkers, Tinkerers, and Inventors
Exactly. No one is complaining about things like narrow-wide rings - theyre cheap, they bolt on, and they are a big improvement. Boost however requires a massive investment with very little gain. Thats not innovation, its idiocy.

Mark Matthews Fundraiser: Winners Announced
Blindman is right - there is excellent health care available in the US but its up to you to pay for insurance unlike Canada and maybe the UK where its already taken from us in taxes. A lot of people without coverage are just irresponsible with their spending, straight up. This is not MM's case though.

Interview: Brian Cookson, UCI President
He lost me when he said mtb is a product. Theres enough corporate shit in this world - we dont need it in mtb too. Props to the Fest series, EWS, Crankworx and all the other great things happening without the UCI.

Kainerm, with a 10t people are running a smaller ring - like a 28t - to get even lower gearing without compromising the top end. Its closer to the range of 2x.

Ask Pinkbike: Creaky Seatposts, Handlebar Suggestions, Shock Setup, and Flying With a Bike
Boxes are good but you rarely get through without oversize luggage fees. Ditto for EVOC bags. A goalie bag usually slips through without any extra fees but you better be slick with the packing/padding. And never never pack it over 50 lbs or you enter a new realm of $ pain.
