Also, I completely agree that SLO or Front Country SB would make for an enduro to rival Europe. SB isn't going to happen though with all the conflicts we have here.

Pretty sure Gwin already has the bikes. He just didn't race them before. I mean how many vids have you see of Gracia on his Tallboy or Peat on his Chameleon?

Pinkbike Poll - Should the UCI Restrict DH Racing to 26-Inch Wheels?
Darkstar's post is really interesting. Maybe one day there will be a 26 class and a 29 class just like they have single speed in XC racing or hardtail in DH already. However, that begs the question of which is the premier class.
I think that would only happen if top riders started riding bikes completely custom built for the course, which would be truly unfair to the privateers.
