Surly Cross Check 52CM Gravel build

This thing has served me well for years, but I'm getting a more dedicated fat tire touring rig and don't have space for both :(
In it's current iteration, it's built for gravel + touring, making it idyllic for the South Island.
Component highlights:
-Hope RS1 hubs hand laced to DT R460 rims (taped for tubeless but currently with tubes)
-Deore 10 speed drivetrain installed this past May. Adapted to a Deore 11-56 cassette with a goatlink.
-Ritchey Kyote comfort MTB handlebar (uncut @ 800mm).
-WTB Riddler 45 tires = singletrack worthy
- Tubus Tara rack can be included for an extra 150 (retail 200).
- pedals not included but can be left on for test ride.

$1200 CAD2012 Cervelo R3, shimano 105 groupset. Completely stock except for replaced chain and tires. Some paint is worn off due to cable rub (see images), but otherwise perfect condition. Probably only about 500-700km per season since purchased in 2013.
