Tumbleweed Prospector - Size Large

$4300 USD
I'm sad to see it go, but I've got to another project waiting in the stand to be built. Selling my Tumbleweed Prospector large hardtail bikepacking/mountain bike for sale. Absolutely no corners were cut on this build. This is an absolute legend of a bike and if you are familiar with it now is your chance to snag a great one. If you are not familiar check out these great write ups at bikepacking.com… https://bikepacking.com/bikes/tumbleweed/ https://bikepacking.com/bikes/tumbleweed-prospector-review/ This from ‘Bikepacker’ magazine - http://bikepacker.com/tumbleweed-prospector-terrain-masterpiece/ And, this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZsJtFJ0btg Or go to the Tumbleweed site - https://tumbleweed.cc/ There are a number of things that make this bike super unique, but principal among them is the design of the frame around a Rohloff rear hub with the ability to run 26x6.0" fat tires up to 29x3.0" all on a standard bb width. The frame and the eccentric bottom bracket designed by the legendary Phil Wood allow you to maintain perfect chain tension with the convenience of vertical dropouts and tolerate essentially any wheel and tire combination. The bike is ready for a day on the trails or to wow you on your next bikepacking trip. It includes a Porcelain Rocket frame bag that was designed specifically for the bike with the tumbleweed logo and all of the necessary frame bits and bolts to attach panniers, bags or whatever your style of luggage is. The bike also features a Schmidt SON Dynamo Hubs (3W) with which you can power lights (or charge usb devices). Check it out here https://nabendynamo.de/en/products/hub-dynamos/for-thru-axles/ Mechanically the bike is in excellent condition and has been owned/maintained by a shop/mechanic. Cosmetically, the bike is ‘very good’ and only shows some small wear. from cable rub and bag wear. The purple tape is just electrical tape put on for some really common wear spots with my bag setup that I didn't want to rub raw on a tour. Sizing: I’m 5’11” and the bike fits me perfectly. It is a tall bike in comparison to a lot of trail bikes we are used to riding, but that maximizes frame storage space. Ride Quality: This bike is a do all go all bike. I have ridden it on many single track days where I opt to leave the full sus bike behind. Steel is real and rides so well. Tumbleweed uses super high quality steel that is tapered internally to allow for maximum strength at connection points and that buttery smooth steel feel in the middle. Load this thing with gear and it becomes a different monster. This bike genuinely rides better somehow fully loaded. Like a pack mule this thing thrives with weight on it and feels effortless to peddle. Bike: - Size Large Tumbleweed Prospector Frame (No longer made Turquoise colorway) - 29” Raceface ARC wheels (IMO strongest aluminum rims out there) - Teravail 2.8 Coronado Tires front and rear (brand new this fall tubeless) - Avid BB7 mechanical disc brakes (I have extra parts/levers for long trip piece of mind) These brakes can be fixed anywhere in the world with some creative thinking and get you out. I rode the desert with a zip tied lever and duck taped cable housing one trip. - 14 speed Rohloff rear hub (w service kit) - 16t cog - Grips - Ergon GP1 - Saddle - Brookes classic (The most comfortable and highest quality saddle out there) - Headset - Cane Creek 40 - Crankset - Raceface - Bars - Jones H bar (ultimate long distance comfort) - Stem: Thomson Elite Upgrades - 120mm Rock Shox Bluto fork - Thomson elite dropper seatpost. Bikepacking Gear: - Custom Porcelain Rocket Frame Bag Also included are a collection of spare parts and service parts/tools to give you peace of mind out on your next big adventure or day on the trail. Price $4,300 OBO

Also email apalo_64 at yahoo.com If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Also price negotiable but It is a stellar build. Amazing bike to ride. Cheers.

Corsair Marque 5" travel Enduro

$5000 USD
It is a 2011 Corsair Marque with full Marzocchi suspension. This bike has only been ridden five times. The bike rides great, sweet for Supper D racing. This bike is a true all mountain bike. The frame is a unique mix of all-mountain and DH and is made for trail rides who want a bike for, long, tough rides, but also want to tear up the downhill sections. The Marque is stiff, strong, & is definitely a man’s trail bike. Wheels: Loaded DH Fork: Marzocchi 55 Crank: Shimano HONE Deity: bar, stem and seat post Pedals: Shimano DX Derailleur: XO Shifter: x9 Brakes: Magura Marta SL Magnesium
