Hi, I bought the frame with the headset already installed. The cups have to be pressed in, but without a proper tool it could be a quite hard work. If you need to press them in just take a look at that before buying an 80$ tool http://www.mtbresource.com/HeadsetCupPress.html

Thanks for your comment! I've been wondering, do you know of any downhill track which are close to Milano and has bike rental? I will need to go back to Milano for work later this year but probably won't be bringing my bike, so I want to ride some DH in the weekends

I guess because they make random and extremely sporadic quality checks. I had to send it back twice because both the frames were badly welded, and even the third one that I'm currently using has some flaws but according to the Italian importer it respects all the Dartmoor quality standards. Take a look at the others two pics in my profile to see what I'm talking about.
