It's not his fault that Americans spell things wrong. America and Britain, two countries divided by a common language. ;-)

Fox Releases 2014 All-Mountain Suspension
In my experience the Floats tended to perform way better than the TALAS forks, but I'd much rather just have Vanilla forks anyday

Are they not just trying to keep it simple to help the majority of riders who don't understand High/Low speed compression and rebound. I'm no expert but could probably muddle through and set my fork/shock up well with time and patience. But probably the majority of people only get to ride a weekends and just want to get on and go ride rather than spend their first 3-4 weekends fiddling with all their settings. I personally believe that a shock that's simple and simple to set up right (without hundreds of settings) is going to perform better than a CCDB set up badly. Remember most riders are weekend warriors (I know I am nowadays) and don't have time to trawl the web looking for setup advice and repeat runs gradually tweaking their fork/shock.

They've also just said that they've sorted the problems with this year's forks and shocks which would put me off buying one now. It must make people think "I'll wait and get one that works".

Mongoose Culture BMX

$175 GPB
Mongoose BMX – Culture 2011, Bought this bike as my girlfriend fancied trying out BMX and we couldn’t afford a race BMX just to try. Decided she doesn’t like BMX and wants to stay on the road bike. I’ve ridden it a few times around our local pump track and it’s great fun, handles well and jumps smoothly, but I think I’m to old to start BMX and will stick to mountain biking and suspension. It’s not been used much. I got it off a friend who bought it new and then quit riding a few months later (you know the type, all the gear, etc) and he had it sprayed matt green as he didn’t like the garish gloss turquoise. I upgraded the bars to Verde as the originals were very narrow. I also fitted new chain tensioners as it didn’t come with any as standard. Frame Mongoose Culture (Cromo front triangle) Fork Mongoose Steel (Cromo steerer) Crankset 3pc Tubular Cromo 25t BB Mid loose ball, 8 spline Pedals Mongoose Alloy Freewheel 9 t sealed bearing Chain KMC Z-510 Rims Sun Ringle (36h/48h) Tyres Kenda F Hub Mongoose 36h R Hub Mongoose 48h Spokes ED steel R brake Tektro FX340 Bars Verde Green (uncut) Stem Mongoose front load 50mm Seat post Steel straight Saddle Taped up race saddle Headset 1 1/18 Ahead Grips Superstar half waffle lock on Chain tugs KORE

Unsanctioned Races - For Amateurs Only?
Is this to try to stop them from competing in things like DH1, Enduro World Series and other events that go against the UCI to try to stop them getting a foothold?
