The Argument For Short Travel Bikes - Opinion
Funny I made this argument in a thread the other day and I got mixed emotion answers from people. I totally agree with you levy. But I feel like it comes down to someone's budget. Yes it is fun to slay everything you can on a 6" bike. But if you can AFFORD to have more then one rig and can have a full On downhill sled, it would be better to rail the crazier stuff with that. It simply makes it easier. Though to me easier isn't always "fun-ER".

Video: Vincent Pernin - In The Fall Of L'Arzelier
Am I the only one that feels like full on down hill bikes are over kill on certain trails? I've seen videos on the main page where people are going bigger on 150-160mm than this video. Not saying anything negative! Video was rad, just my 2 cents.

Makes me want to get on my hd and go shred! Cool to see an enduro rider riding minaar shoes as well. Maybe I'm still to new to the game but don't see much of that?
