Interview: Cam Zink Brings YT to North America
I agree completely! When the announcement was made that YT was coming to North America I was excited to try something different but after learning that it won't be any cheaper after all of the legalities why would I waste my time on something that I can't even sit on first.

YT Bikes Are Now Available in the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia
Looked like a great deal at first and then figured out that in North America the prices are in American dollars and shipped from the states so if you live in Canada you still have to pay the exchange and duties. That cheap bike just became the same price as every other bike that I can walk into a shop and buy. Not really a deal in my opinion.

Pinkbike Poll: How Do You Want Your Bike Biased?
Full DH bike. I'm only going to push it up anyway so might as well have all the fun on the way down.

Pinkbike Poll: Would You Pay to Play?
Paying to ride a bike park is one thing. Paying for local trails built and maintained by local clubs or hard working trail builders and riders should not be charged. We build and ride on crown land. Land that is designated for outdoor recreation. If this is the case then all outdoor enthusiasts would have to be charged whether riding bikes, hiking, or walking the dog. How can you encourage people to get off their lazy asses and excersize if you are are going to bleed them dry for it. This is just another reason that our society is overweight and out of shape. How bout you charge the fat, lazy people sitting on their couch instead!
