Did Mount Maclean bounce back from the fires in 2009? I was fortunate to have the experience of two heli-drops back in early 2000's and would love to get back there to do that same run again. Pat Ansdell of Gravity Fed Adventures used to run a tour company in Lilloett and Gold Bridge and those are still memories.

aw no footage of that super steep section through the trees. Thats the part on della i remember the most: sliding down that hill in a huge cloud of dry, dry dust, bouncing off trees to make corners.

Della is a ridge of Askon which is about 2300m. Plans are to cut our a "route" to ride from the peak. Ie Hike -a - Bike ie Perfect

lee, 4 of us pushed up 3 weeks ago, got to the alpine, we cleared and made trail all the way up minus the fire break which we freerode on the way down. We're going back next year to make it happen.
