Don't Let Go of These Love Handles
I loved the design of the Eastons, but after getting some found the rubber compound to be quite hard on the hands compared to others Ive been runnning. I had a green pair, not sure if black would be any softer.

All racers pass on their old kit. Half of North wales rides in kit or on bikes that used to be Athertons :p

Video: Aaron Gwin Unchained
Oh absolutley, a faultless run. Im not saying he ONLY won because of the wind. But he was only ABLE to win without the chain because the wind died down. It gave him a huge advantage. If he had a chain, he would have probably been 5-10 seconds up all due to the wind. Still, every time Gwinn does somthing crazy, like his tyre'less run, I love him more.

Props to Gwinn for the run, but it was only possible because the wind died down, so he tucked top section and got a similar time to others, but then he had conserved all his energy not pedaling to pump the crap out of the bottom section, where others had pedaled into the wind for 30 seconds and had a lot less enegry.. If he had the head wind like others, he would have ground to a halt. Just sayin...

Spank Oozy Trail Flat Pedal - Review
Wut? 26Lbs for a trail bike isnt too light! My agro hard tail feels heavy at 28Lbs. I have a set of the Spike DH pedals, and once the pins wear down a little bit, I feel the low amount of flat surface area leaves my foot not as secure as I would like. DMR Vault's pins seem sturdier and they have more flat pedal to stand on, while still being very open for mud clearance, plus being concave. Also, the Spank pedals develop play quite easily around the bushing. Not really noticable when riding, but still nicer to have something that stays solid.
